![]() ![]() Its less about the availability of the items and more about the story told sometimes, You could let the monster hunter girl stick around for the 5 hellhound hunt side quest and she could have her rapport raised from seeing you hunt more monsters even that would fit better if you asked me. The mage says he wants to see if you will be proper for helping him become the best mage ever but the same thing happens rather then having him talk to or show him anything mage like that would convince him like having multiple wizard promotions in camp and proving he could grow in our army we just shower him with gifts as well lol Also Sera will likely die if you take her with you when her sister wants her to stay behind. I prefer a quest if im being honest, if we take the first 2 as the example The girl hesitates to join because she wants to see what kinda people you are before hand, yet you never get the chance to show her other then showering her with gifts begging her to stay and it doesn't feel like you show her anything of your values to recruit her. Leon will die But i would not say it is waste of resources as this is story game and he seems like one of the better writen character in the game. Plus certain recruits just require you to go through their intro quest to sign up. It is easy to exhaust discussion topics with characters and reach high rapport levels.Īll this to say, the restrictions ease as you progress in the game. I find my self at chapter 20 with maybe 40 gifts in inventory and 100 leadership. ![]() I find after those 2, recruitment is easier.
